Born and raised in eastern North Carolina, Frank has a deep connection to the community and a strong commitment to making a positive impact. As an AVP / Relationship Banking Manager at North State Bank, Frank brings years of experience in financial services and relationship management to the table. In addition to their professional role, Frank proudly serves on the Board of Directors for WARM NC, where they help advance the organization's mission of improving the quality of life for North Carolina residents through essential home repairs and safety modifications.

With expertise in building partnerships and a passion for serving others, Frank is dedicated to helping WARM NC provide safe and stable living environments for underserved families. Their work is rooted in a commitment to empowering individuals and fostering stronger communities across the region.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as taking trips to the mountains with their dog, George. Frank is proud to contribute to WARM NC’s transformative work in the state they call home.
