Elizabeth Parker

A North Carolina native, Elizabeth has dedicated over 13 years to community and HOA management, serving homeowners across Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, and Brunswick counties. As the President of Atlantic Shores Management, she is passionate about fostering strong communities and making a meaningful impact in the lives of homeowners and tenants.

In addition to her leadership role, Elizabeth proudly serves on the Board of Directors for WARM NC, where she helps advance the organization's mission of ensuring safe and accessible homes for those in need. Her commitment to helping others aligns closely with WARM NC's vision, and she looks forward to expanding her impact.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys engaging with her local community and finding new ways to give back. She is honored to be a part of WARM NC's transformative efforts in the region she calls home.
