President Elect
Mike works for one of WARM's supporters, First Citizens Bank. Mike had a meeting with WARM Executive Director, JC. Directly following that meeting he knew he wanted to be involved and was very excited when presented with the opportunity to join the board. If time permitted he would attend all 162 games in the New York Yankees season every year. He has a cat named Boomer and a dog named Mattingly (both after former NY Yankees players). 
Board Member
Loren has lived in Wilmington, NC for 13 years and is a Real Estate Agent with Network Real Estate. Loren also recently completed his Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is the Founder and Director of Bridge College Counseling, an organization that works with families and students on their college pursuits. When not working, Loren enjoys spending time with his wife Taylor, and their dog Cody. Loren and Taylor just welcomed their first child in the Spring.
Board Member
Jeremy is a Senior Vice President with BB&T Wealth and has lived and worked in the Wilmington area for 16 years. He obtained his undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Campbell University. Jeremy is married to Sarah Beakes and they have two daughters, Sadie (9) and Ruby Kate (2). They are active members of Port City Community Church volunteering in several capacities. Jeremy enjoys an occasional round of golf and spending time at the beach and parks with his family. 
Board Member 
Bobby is a Broker/Realtor with Intracoastal Realty Corporation. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from UNC-Wilmington, after working in the railroad industry. He is an avid triathlete and runner and a veteran of many long distance events, completing more than 15 marathons and 3 full Ironman races. One of his biggest sources of inner strength is his wife Teresa, and their son, Jack.
Board Member
Shameena is an Assistant Vice President – Commercial Loan Officer with CresCom Bank. She joined the WARM Board because she thoroughly enjoys giving back to the community that she grew up in and believes in the mission of WARM. Through raising awareness and knowledge of WARM in the community, she hopes to help continue the growth that WARM has been experiencing. Shameena is an avid runner and avid tennis player. She also enjoys spending time at the beach and paddle boarding on the ICWW.
Joe is a co-owner of CastleBranch and served for many years as the company’s President. He has seen firsthand the impact of the organization on our local community by serving on WARM rebuilds and starting a CastleBranch volunteer week at WARM. The mission is important to Joe because WARM changes lives by helping those who cannot help themselves. Joe joined the board because he wants others in our community to see and support this great work. He and his wife, Whitney, live in Wilmington with their two young children.
Board Member

Brandy moved from Pennsylvania to NC in 2009 and began working in banking and financial wellness. Brandy moved to Wilmington in 2013 and married her husband, John, in 2015. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two pups, Neo and Coco. She also enjoys volunteering whenever possible.

Kristy is a Broker with Nest Realty. Before relocating from High Point, she was an English Teacher and advocate for refugee students. She is a graduate of Elon University. Her daughter is also a recent graduate, and her son currently attends. When you can’t find Kristy slingin’ real estate, you will find her active at Port City Community Church or assisting WARM.
Board Member 

Deb is professional member of the real estate community with Intracoastal Realty. She has served the region in many capacities. In recent years, as President of the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors. Deb graduated with a BA from DePauw University, the IBM Master’s Program; and has experience as a Bank Officer, College Financial Aid Director, and long-time corporate employee of IBM. She is the mother of 1 daughter, Morgan.

 Board Member 
Drew is a Partner Performance Director at nCino, Inc. He also organizes and directs nCino’s community outreach group known as “nVolve”. In 2016, Drew organized a charity golf tournament with all proceeds going directly to WARM. Drew moved to Wilmington in 2008 to study at UNCW. He is passionate about community outreach and is a firm believer that with success comes the responsibility to give others the same opportunity. When not working and volunteering, Drew’s hobbies include spending time with his wife, Lia, surfing, boating, and watching the Green Bay Packers.
Board Member 
Tracey has a unique ability to operationalize anything! She lives by a "You Touch it! Operationalize it!” motto. u-nex-o! unity excellence operationalized was birthed out of her desire to share the sustainable systems she deployed while in corporate America to build High Performance Teams and maintain growth. She serves as the Chair of the Chamber's African American Business Council and is the VP for the Wilmington Chapter Women In Networking. She attends New Beginning Christian Church where she oversees the Entrepreneurs Group and acts as the church's Business Consultant and Change Effectiveness Leader. She currently resides in Leland, NC with her husband Rodney. The role she's most proud of is being Mom to her two adult sons Kameron and Khyle Jackson.
Board Member
Jerry is retired from IBM. He and his wife Terri moved from Wisconsin to Carolina Beach and never looked back. Jerry spends most of his time deep sea fishing and serving his church and community. Jerry’s focus is on making WARM better known in the community and increasing financial resources.

Vice President

 Alexandra is the Commercial Lines Manager at Allstate, LagomarAger Agency and joined the board because she understand the important of keeping people in their homes, and keeping them safe. Alexandra is a graduate of UNCW with a Masters in Public Administration, and is heavily involved with the community. She and her cat, D'artagnan, live in Wilmington, NC.

Board Member 
Gustavo stared in the retail industry when he was 22 in Warsaw, NC. In 2008 he moved to Wilmington, and opened Mattress and Furniture Liquidators. In 2014 he stared Rodea’s Properties Inc. and was certified by John Maxwell as a business coach in 2017. Gustavo is married with a 9 year old son and another child on the way. He enjoys dancing salsa and bachata, playing with his son, reading, and running. His favorite quote is “You can have everything in life if you help others get what they need” by Zig Ziglar.
Board Member
Bob retired from the U. S. Navy in 1998 after 24 years with the rank of captain. He and his wife Carol moved to Wilmington in 1999, where he worked at University of North Carolina Wilmington as the university's Budget Director until retiring in 2014. Married for 43 years, Bob and Carol have two grown children, living in Charlotte and Graham, North Carolina. Bob's free time is spent volunteering on the WARM construction teams, delivering meals for Home Delivered Meals and watching UNCW baseball.

Brooke Skipper moved to Wilmington in 2007 and works as the Business Development Manager for Salt Air, Inc. She joined the WARM board because she believes in the work that they do to help those in the community and wanted
be able to make an impact as well. Brooke and her husband Devin enjoy spending time outdoors and playing with their two dogs, Reese and Tyson.



Jeannette has lived in Wilmington since 1978 & has been a CPA since 1997. In 2011, Jeannette opened her own CPA practice to better offer personalized service. Jeannette has been married to her husband, Ken, for over 30 years. Her & Ken have 2 children and now 3 beautiful grandchildren. She joined the board because she believes in the mission and wanted to be a part of reaching more homes.
